Hey, I’m Amy

It’s so nice to meet you!

Looking back, I was a coach long before I ever called myself one. Helping people find clarity in the midst of major decisions is something I’ve always loved doing – and now, I get to do it for a living! Since 2018, I've helped more than 100 small business owners across Minnesota (and beyond!) build businesses that truly align with their lives.

My clients often joke that I'm equal parts strategist and cheerleader, and it’s true! I genuinely love seeing you succeed. Whether it’s helping you simplify your workload, confidently make big decisions, or finally enjoy the flexibility you dreamed of when you first got started, I’ll be right there with you.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me walking the beach in Brazil, reading historical fiction, or camping with my nieces.
