If you are running a business, you know it can be hard to turn off. This is compounded when working from home, where the line between "work" and "home" are blurred.

This can lead to sleepless nights, frustrating days, and more than a few tension headaches!

So, when a chiropractor friend of mine called and wanted to collaborate on an article on how to “turn off” the business brain, I jumped at the chance.
